Pain and pleasure, the contradictory factor which governs the way of our living. Neither pain nor pleasure will give us what we truly needs. In fact the understanding of pain and detachment from the clutches of pleasure is what I think which makes us realize what our heart truly desires, which is to love and to be loved. In essence the realization of love is what which helps us understand the value of other's in our life. Each and every person who surround's one's life leave a mark in one's heart but that will never be dark because even if that mark points one to hatred it help's that one to overcome the real pain and suffering called solitude. Every living being which exists in this world have their own distinct journey of life and a way to survive in that journey. Just a mere survival of fulfilling the worldly needs is not all I think since there is an existence of survival in our own self,in our heart. So fulfilling the needs of the heart is also a part of survival. In our heart we feel both elevated as well as depleted. Moving from this depleted being to the elevated being is what it means to survive. People sometimes feel elevated and sometimes feel depleted according to the situation which surrounds them. When love prevails around us we become the most elevated self and when we feel hurt inside we become a depleted self. If the agony in heart is left untreated it turns itself into hatred in our heart. So survival of the heart is a fight between love and hatred. If we consider animals at the time of their birth, then I think human beings are the most fragile of all. Humans need strict care from their mother for more than 5 years to adapt to his environment. Also when we think about the living conditions of animals, then we human beings are the most prosperous one. We humans have more than the basic needs which we have, we are not striving to acquire the basic needs, food, water, and shelter, or if we put it this way, we can get the basic needs easily than any other animal on earth. I feel like I am the most blessed person in this whole world. No matter what misfortune came into my life it just magically vanish away. I felt pain, I felt the pain of losing myself and I also felt the pain of committing a sin, but in however way it ends, every misfortune became a fortunate method of life for making me understand what love is. I don't have a blood related sister, but I surely can say that I have a heart related sister. In my family there are my father, mother, grandma and two brothers but I don't have a sister. Recently I found a person who is a little older than me, we shared each other our life and our little secrets and we talked a lot. We shared each other our feelings, and I find a great deal of happiness and love being with her. I am an Indian who wasn't truly aware of how blessed I was until I began to  know more about the world. Now I am questioning myself why I am being so much blessed by God. Here I am living,complaining all day, complaining about water not coming out of taps, complaining about not getting enough food, complaining about not getting enough marks in exams while in other parts of the world, people are striving to get at least one cup of water a day. I am now aware that children are dying of hunger, children are dying of useless wars, children who doesn't know their parents are still living in the hope of love and I was a child who got everything more than enough and still complain about getting more.
